Product Ops Manager

Deskeo is a hybrid alternative between traditional coworking spaces and classic commercial leases. ~150 employees. I joined as the first dedicated PM — covering product ops, no-code development, and digital strategy simultaneously.

Orchestrating Complex Operations

I established operational systems that enabled 150+ employees to work more efficiently — creating the organizational foundation for a flexible workspace company with 70+ locations. I drove operational efficiency by orchestrating 6 business units (Design & Build, Operator, Support (Finance, Purchasing), Property Management & Facilities, Ops, Real Estate) with conflicting priorities into a cohesive system. I managed operations spanning different customer segments and business models (direct leases, coworking, brokerage, management contract...) in a hybrid workspace model.

Product Management

  • Built the PM role from scratch: templates, processes, KPIs, roadmap, backlog, PRDs, and cross-functional workshops
  • Shipped a maintenance mobile app (Glide + Softr): redesigned the full workflow from customer care ticket to problem resolution and built the KPI dashboard
  • Redesigned the delivery app UX/UI for project management teams — from order to client handover
  • Designed and wrote the specifications for an AI-powered office-sourcing tool for the brokerage activity
  • Product design and workflow design for several projects

Cost Efficiency & Automation

  • Led digital strategy: rationalised the tool stack and cut costs by +30%
  • Automated a complex invoicing pipeline with Make, connecting Yardi and Pivot across business units
  • Built internal interfaces and automations across multiple teams—streamlining operations, eliminating manual work, and improving member experience

No-code / Low-code Development

  • Rebuilt and co-shipped the maintenance mobile app (Glide + Softr) — adoption from 60% to 100%, first-time fix rate increased by about 10%
  • Built internal interfaces for project management, finance, and ops teams in JavaScript and no-code tools

An early-stage B2C startup on a mission to grow the secondhand market for children's toys. Joined as the first developer in a team of under 10 people.

  • Redesigned the entire e-commerce website: UI/UX, content, and custom JavaScript features (a gift-picker game, a checkout nudge at end of workflow)

Back-office & AI

  • Built a back-office from scratch to automate toy registration and streamline the team's photo, copy, and pricing workflow
  • Created an AI-powered feature using Make + LLM to auto-generate product descriptions from photos, with a custom error-reduction algorithm

Product Builder

A B2B SaaS platform (~30 employees) specialising in preventive and mandatory maintenance for companies and building managers. Joined as the second product builder to launch a new marketplace product.

Building the Marketplace

  • Co-built a dual-sided marketplace from scratch in Bubble — companies source qualified craftsmen, craftsmen select missions matching their qualifications
  • Designed the full onboarding workflow and interfaces for both sides

Tracking Results

  • Tracked adoption rates and user behaviour via Looker and heatmaps; iterated on the onboarding accordingly

Cross-functional Work

  • Wrote specs, managed the backlog, and ran cross-functional meetings with product marketing, dev, and sales
  • Trained the sales team on the new tools and workflows

About me

01 — From finance to entrepreneurship

I started my career as a financial analyst across top-tier international institutions — private equity, investment banks, credit ratings. It gave me something most PMs don't have: sharp analytical rigour, solid business instincts, and the ability to hold a room with any stakeholder. Then my entrepreneurial drive took over and I founded a company — the real-world crash course in shipping something from nothing. If Covid forced the stop, it also sparked the curiosity to go deeper into tech and actually build.

02 — Entering tech at the dawn of AI

I retrained, starting as a developer and product builder, getting hands-on with no-code, automation, and real code — choosing early-stage startups with a positive impact. That's where I built my first AI-powered features and realized it would change the picture entirely. Looking at where AI was heading — and looking at my own profile — I made a deliberate move into Product Ops and automation-first product management.

03 — Consolidating a full-stack product profile

This is the role where everything finally clicks: my financial sharpness, a builder's instinct, strategic thinking — it all makes sense here. Since then, I've worked with more mature companies across the full product stack: strategy, discovery, roadmapping, no-code development, automation, and data. I thrive in environments where the PM role bleeds into ops, engineering and growth — and where moving fast actually matters.
